Pressotherapy

What is Pressotherapy?
Pressotherapy is a compression system that effectively stimulates blood and lymphatic flow while simultaneously reducing the excess bodily fluids.

This special compressed air massage is an excellent treatment for:

  • improving immunity
  • reducing fatigue
  • enhancing general wellbeing
  • reducing the appearance of cellulite
  • improving muscle tone and loose skin
  • aids weight loss
  • helps prevent various vein conditions (incl. spider and red veins)

The pressotheraphy suit consists of different sections — trousers, sleeves and a belt, allowing impact both on the whole body and on its individual parts, for example, the stomach or legs.

According to research data, one session of such massage replaces several manual procedures or 2 workouts in the gym. After a couple of sessions, the body appears more toned and the skin appears smoother which occurs due to the improvement of lymph flow and removal of excess fluid from the body. This technique is ideal for people who are sedentary, overweight, or malnourished.

Please note not that a Pressotherapy massage takes approximately 30 – 45 minutes and includes wearing a special full body or sectioned suit. Comfortable clothing, such as leggings, a t-shirt, and socks, must be worn.

No recovery time is needed. You may notice your legs feel a little lighter after your session and you may feel more energised.
