What is acne?
Acne is a common skin condition and can be found on your face or back. It occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells causing whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. Harmless bacteria that lives on your skin can contaminate and infect the blocked follicles, causing papules, pustules, nodules or cysts. There are many types of acne and having a personalised treatment plan is therefore very important.

Acne treatments
Regenlite© Pulsed Dye Laser
The Regenlite pulsed dye laser delivers a very specific wavelength which triggers an immune response in skin, reducing inflammation caused by acne and killing bacteria.
The laser also stimulates your collagen production, therefore rejuvenating your skin, improving the overall texture and smoothness.
The Regenlite laser is used for treating acne and acne scarring, dull skin, fine lines & wrinkles, red veins, redness, scarring, Rosacea and stretch marks.
Recovery time
Not painful with minimal recovery time but the skin may appear a little red and swollen for a short while after treatment. Very occasionally, small purple bruises may appear and last a few days.

Aftercare
Mineral make up can be applied but avoid using anti-inflammatory products/medication.
Keep the area cool for 48 hours post treatment and treat as sensitive skin using only mild non perfumed products.
3D LED Therapy
LED (light emitting diode) therapy is a non invasive, safe and effective light based treatment that uses varying wavelengths of red, yellow, green and blue light to improve the health and overall function of the skin.
LED therapy helps to improve various skin conditions such as acne, acne scarring, blackheads, dry, rough or dull skin, Rosacea and fine lines and wrinkles. It also tightens and lifts the skin and reduces damage caused to the skin by environmental factors that result in sun damage and pigmented lesions.

Skin Peels (Epionce)
Skin peels are a non invasive treatment for all skin types and many skin conditions.
During the treatment a chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and eventually peel off. The new, regenerated skin is smoother, brighter, rejuvenated and less congested.
Epionce SAL-E Salicylic Acid skin peel
Salicylic acid belongs to the beta hydroxy acid family of acids. Great for reducing oil and congestion in the skin. When used as a peel, this type of acid is good for those who have pimples and acne.
Epionce Lite Peel: Refresh
Formulated to improve the appearance and texture of the skin by increasing cell turnover, the one-step, Aesthetic-strength Lite Peel relieves skin congestion, dullness, sallowness and improves acne, fine lines and wrinkles with no downtime.
Epionce MAL-E Malic Acid skin peel
