How does bespoke combined facial therapy work?
A multi faceted approach allows us to target a range of aspects.
Example A:
Our Regenlite treatments for acne include microdermabrasion to buff away the skins dead cells, prepare the skin for laser treatment, unblock pores and improve uneven skin tone often related to acne and scarring.
Example B:
We frequently combine HIFU (facial lifting) with Radio Frequency (skin tightening). This combination works by lifting the SMAS muscle layer with HIFU whilst stimulating natural collagen with Radio Frequency to tighten the skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. We then add in our Epionce Skincare products to maintain the results and help protect the skin from further sun or environmental damage.

Regenlite© Pulsed Dye Laser
The Regenlite pulsed dye laser delivers a very specific wavelength which triggers an immune response in skin, reducing inflammation caused by acne and killing bacteria.
The laser also stimulates your collagen production, therefore rejuvenating your skin, improving the overall texture and smoothness.
The Regenlite laser is used for treating acne and acne scarring, dull skin, fine lines & wrinkles, red veins, redness, scarring, Rosacea and stretch marks.
Recovery time
Not painful with minimal recovery time but the skin may appear a little red and swollen for a short while after treatment. Very occasionally, small purple bruises may appear and last a few days.

Aftercare
Mineral make up can be applied but avoid using anti-inflammatory products/medication.
Keep the area cool for 48 hours post treatment and treat as sensitive skin using only mild non perfumed products.
Microdermabrasion
What is Microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic skin exfoliation procedure that uses a mildly abrasive diamond tipped hand piece to lightly buff away dead skin cells, whilst a gentle vacuum suction works to dispose of them. It can be used on the all areas of the face and body and leaves the skin soft, smooth and invigorated.
How does Microdermabrasion work?
Microdermabrasion works by buffing away dead cells from the skin surface, these cells can build up, blocking the pores and leaving the skin looking dull and congested, by buffing the dead cells away it helps to unblock pores and even out skin tone, leaving the skin brighter, clearer, softer and smoother.
This is a gentle treatment that is suitable for all skin types and is particularly good for treating dry skin, blackheads, open pores, pigmentation and fine lines.

3D Radio Frequency
What is Radio Frequency therapy?
Radio frequency (RF) skin tightening is a non invasive, pain free treatment that utilises RF energy to heat dermal tissue and stimulate collagen production, giving an instant tightening and lifting effect.
During and immediately after the treatment you will feel a mild heat sensation.
Recovery time
None, your skin may be a little pink for a short while after treatment but can easily be covered with mineral make up.

Aftercare
Avoid heat to the treated area and strenuous exercise for 48 hours post treatment and apply vitamin A or anti-ageing products 48 hours before and after.
3D HIFU (Face)
How does HIFU treatment work?
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a non invasive treatment that delivers high intensity focused ultrasound energy causing the cells to heat up, increasing blood flow and stimulating collagen production resulting in firmer, tighter skin and improving the appearance of fines lines and wrinkles.
Who is it for?
HIFU is for clients wishing to achieve a ‘lift’ on the face and neck and a reduction in fines lines and wrinkles. HIFU is often marketed as the ‘new, non-surgical face lift’.
How long does a treatment take?
A facial treatment will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
What results can I expect?
Immediately after treatment the area will look a little pink and have an initial contraction or tightening of the face.
How long does the effects last?
The full effect of the HIFU treatment will be seen approximately 2 – 4 months post treatment and results will last from 12 – 18 months.
Recovery time
The area may be a little red and swollen and this can be experienced for up to 2 weeks. As soon as the session is over, the treatment area will have a normal surface temperature but heat will be felt deeper in the skin.

Aftercare
Heat treatment must be avoided 2-3 days before and for 1 week after HIFU. Including sunbed, sauna and steam.
